You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Please read the information below before submitting your request.

⚠️ This action is permanent. Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data, history, and access will be permanently removed, subject to legal retention obligations.

Submit Your Deletion Request

Send an email to mathieu.sun.official@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

Certain data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial record keeping as required by applicable regulations.

⚠️ Important: Uninstalling the application from your device does not automatically delete your stored account data. You must submit a formal deletion request using the process above.
